Aluxor folding arm awnings · Eco & Stratos III Retractable shade, no posts.
Aluxor folding arm awnings
Australians love entertaining outdoors. A folding arm awning turns a patio, verandah, balcony or café frontage into an outdoor room that keeps off sun and light rain, with no posts or poles in the way, and retracts completely when it isn't needed. KC Shade fabricates two lines from the Aluxor range, with German-made operating components, to your customer's measurements.
Aluxor Eco: the economical alternative. A cost-effective open awning: the arms and fabric roll sit on a compact 215 × 130 mm frame rather than inside a cassette. Best where the awning is well sheltered, such as under roof eaves, on homes or shopfronts. Top or wall fix, set at any angle up to 35°, on Secuflex 50 twin-cable arms. Add an extruded aluminium pelmet where the fabric needs more protection.

Aluxor Stratos III: slimline semi-cassette. When retracted, the fabric tucks into a semi-enclosed extruded aluminium cassette only 245 mm high and 195 mm deep, protected from dirt and corrosion. Its clean, unobtrusive look suits homes and retail alike, as a wall or top fix. Runs up to 7 m as a single unit and 21 m × 4 m as a continuous coupled system, with Selectapitch angle adjustment and integrated LED lighting available.
LED lighting option
Turn the awning into evening lighting. A dimmable warm-white LED strip with opal diffuser runs along the front rail, so it works with the awning out or in. The transformer, dimmer and receiver hide inside the awning, and one remote runs both the lights and the motor.
